Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Rio Photography Services, you agree to adhere to and be bound by the Terms of Service outlined herein. Any variation to these terms is only valid if agreed in writing by the owner of the site, Mr. Arjun Bhattacharya. These terms are designed to ensure that our services are provided in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of India. They form a contract between you, the client, and Rio Photography Services. Clients must ensure that their use of our services does not violate any laws and understand that any breach of these terms can result in termination of services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

Service Offerings and Limitations

Rio Photography Services provides a range of photography and printing solutions, including but not limited to wedding photography, event photography, and professional photo printing. While we strive to deliver each service to a high standard, we acknowledge that there may be occasions where external factors may impact our ability to deliver services on time. We make it clear that our services are subject to availability, and in the event of any unforeseen circumstances, we will communicate changes promptly and work with clients to find suitable alternatives. Furthermore, by engaging our services, clients agree to provide accurate information and necessary cooperation to enable us to perform the services successfully. All intellectual property rights for photos and prints remain with Rio Photography, unless a different agreement is made in writing. As a client, you grant us the right to use photographs taken during an event for promotional purposes unless you specifically state otherwise in writing at the time of booking.

Payment Terms and Conditions

Clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking our services, with the balance due upon completion of the service. We accept payments through various methods, including bank transfers and major credit cards. All payments should be made in Indian rupees (INR). Invoices will be provided detailing the services rendered, and payment must be made within the stipulated time frame as noted on the invoice to avoid late fees. Failure to complete payments may result in the suspension or termination of services. Rio Photography Services reserves the right to amend pricing, and any changes will be communicated in advance to the affected clients. We are transparent with our pricing, and no additional charges will be made without the client's prior agreement. In the event of non-payment, legal action may be pursued to recover any outstanding debts.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

While Rio Photography Services endeavors to provide accurate and timely services, we do not guarantee that the services will be error-free or uninterrupted. Clients should be aware that the quality of service may be affected by numerous factors beyond our control, such as technical issues with equipment or unforeseen environmental conditions. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law. In no event shall Rio Photography Services be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claims will be limited to the amount paid for the services in question. We recommend that clients obtain appropriate insurance cover for events as we do not accept liability for any event cancellations or postponements. This limitation of liability does not affect any statutory rights you may have under Indian law.
